INFORMATION
Located in Grange, 4km from the city, on the city and major shopping centres bus line, it has an organic fresh produce food store, international restaurants and take away shops as its direct neighbours. Within walking distance is a doctor, pharmacy, bakery, clothes shop and more.

The house is self contained and fully furnished.

Two bathrooms are cleaned daily and a service to the lounge, dining; kitchen and laundry occurs weekly. Hand soap, toilet rolls and cleaning products for the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms are provided. The house is hardwired with fire alarms. Security sensor lighting exists at side and rear entries. The front entry is automatically lit between 6 and 10 pm.

ROOMS
There are five lockable bedrooms, three of which have an additional external entry. Each room contains:
• Unlimited broadband by phone point or wireless
• Single bed
• Linen and towels at cost of $50 per stay
• Bedside table and lamp
• Desk, chair, lamp, shelf
• Full length mirror
• Hanging rack, hangers and pegs
• Tall chest of drawers
• Twin share and double beds are provided upon availability

COST
Rent including all costs (excluding food) is $150 per week per single room and $190 per week per twin / double share. Bond is two weeks rent
